Please confirm all details when you are contacted by the owner, property manager, or service provider. The Rental Spot cannot be responsible for any inaccuracies input by the lister.
2. This site is designed as an advertising medium for people with rental property, items or related services to offer. However, like any advertising medium, we cannot guarantee that your property, item or service will be rented or sold as a result of advertising on the Rental Spot. We do think that it can dramatically increase your odds.
3. Links to other company websites are to provide you with helpful information or services. However, each of these companies has their own privacy policy that you should review before using their sites. The Rental Spot cannot be responsible for the activities of other companies.
4. Memberships are issued for a specific period of time (i.e. 3 mos. 6 mos.). Refunds are only issued if your ad is not accepted, or if there is an error in the ad caused by The Rental Spot. This does not include input errors by any person placing the ad. Input errors can be corrected by the advertiser him or herself and do not constitute a reason for a refund. The Rental Spot cannot guarantee that your property or item will be rented as a result of advertising on The Rental Spot—only that it will increase your odds of finding a renter or person to use your service. Therefore, no refunds will be issued because your property or item did not rent as a result of your listing on the site.

5. Can you upgrade from a regular listing to an “In the Spotlight” listing? Of course you can, but only at the time of renewal. Special requests will be considered on a per case basis.
6. The Rental Spot reserves all rights and full use of the site. The Rental Spot reserves the right to refuse an ad based on our own criteria. All ads are subject to a review before they are released to the site. Should your ad not be accepted, you will be notified by Spot and your money will be refunded.
7. We cannot guarantee that our server will be always up and running. As with any internet site, some limited downtime can be expected. The Rental Spot cannot be held responsible for unexpected and unavoidable temporary problems at the sever level.
