List Your Property/Service

TO PLACE AN AD:

Hi Guys. I've kept these instructions down to the bare bones . . .

1)	Set up your membership following the simple instructions. There is a one-time setup fee for your account. If you already have a membership, simply log-in when prompted.
2)	Follow the instructions provided on the simple user detail form.
3)	Pay when prompted.
4)	After creating your membership, click Place an Ad.
5)	Choose a listing type and a city.
6)	Fill in the required fields on the listing form provided for the property, item or service you are offering.
7)	I will verify your entry and if everything is in order, your ad will be "SPOTCHECKED." Just look for my paw print.

Your listing will appear within 24 hours of the processing of your payment.

BONUS FEATURES:

1)	You can update your listing at any time.
2)	The system will provide you with the number of views of your ad.
3)	Should your property or item rent, you can mark it "Rented," and approximately a week later we will move it off the site. However, yoiu can still retrieve it from your ad list the next time that property or item is available.
	i.e., Let's say you have a home for rent and through The Rental Spot.net you find a tenant who takes a one-year lease. At the end of that lease if that tenant is moving and the property is again up for rent, you can retrieve your information from Your Account > Account Menu > View Your Ads . . . update it and you are ready to go! No need to re-enter all your information.
