TO PLACE AN AD: IT'S SIMPLE

 

Hi Guys. I've kept these instructions down to the bare bones . . .

1) Set up your account following the simple instructions. There is a one-time fee for set-up of your account. If you already have an account, simply log in when prompted.
2) Choose a category for your listing.
3) Fill in the required fields on the listing form provided for the property or item you have for rent.
4) Upload your pictures (if you cannot upload them now, please mail them to the address provided).
5) Complete payment information.
6) I will verify your entry and if everything is in order, your ad will be "SPOTCHECKED." Just look for my paw print.

Your listing will appear within 24 hours of the processing of your payment.

BONUS FEATURES:

1) You can update your listing at any time.
2) The system will provide you with the number of views of your ad.
3) Should your property or item rent, you can move it to the SPOT'S STORAGE section where you can retrieve it the next time that item or property is available.

i.e., Let's say you have a home for rent and through The Rental Spot.net you find a tenant who takes a one-year lease. At the end of that lease if that tenant is moving and the property is again up for rent, you can just retrieve your information from the SPOT'S STORAGE section, update it and you are ready to go! No need to re-enter all your information.
